Our aim is to empower girls and women by giving them access to education, mentoring and career opportunities in the technology sector. Through research, policy advocacy and community engagement, we work to overcome stereotypes and promote a diverse, innovative digital future.

We will develop and disseminate actionable policy recommendations to address systemic barriers that hinder women's participation in ICT in both education and industry. Our solutions are designed to be scalable and replicable so that their impact can be extended across Europe and beyond.
